We receive details you submit through our contact form, such as your name, work email, organisation and message. We may also hold correspondence, proposal details and necessary billing records. This website does not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver contracted work, maintain business records, secure our services and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases are steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests in operating our consultancy.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business, professional advisers, or authorities where legally required. Providers must protect it. Enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months; contractual and financial records may be kept longer where law requires.
